Property Management 

We offer both full service management and a leasing service of light commercial and residential properties. We can either send you potential tenants for a 'finders fee', or provide you with our full service property management.

Linda and I have the years of experience and the knowledge needed of the local rental market to help you maximize your profits without sacrificing on service. Whether it is the rental of a single family home or condo, your investment portfolio, or your small office-we provide the personalized, prompt and efficient service to cater to your individual needs.

We pride ourselves on our well earned reputation of running an ethical and efficient management company. We research the properties we choose to manage and will only represent properties and owners who are willing to provide a safe, secure and fiscally sound home to their tenants. We believe in providing potential tenants with a great property, at the right price.

Leasing Service- For the landlord who is willing and able to manage their own properties. We find and screen tenants for you. We prepare the lease and property disclosures and collect the first rent and security deposits.

Finders-Fee Service- We send you potential tenants who fit your criteria and you use your own lease and screening service.

Full Service Management- We find and screen the tenant and manage the rental for the duration of the lease.  Here is just a small list of the services you can expect:

• Rate Analysis - We will analyze the market and find the rental rates and uses that will make you the most money
• Lease Administration - Billing and collection, tenant screening, lease preparation and required property disclosures, we will handle it for you
• Building Maintenance - We will make sure your properties are operating efficiently 
• Marketing - Our marketing strategies will keep your occupancy and tenant retention rates high
• Vendor Negotiations - We have years of experience with local contractors and only use the reputable vendors that are needed to make sure your property run smoothly
