I pride myself on providing personalized and prompt attention to my clients.  Originally from England, my many years of traveling, moving, buying, selling and leasing real-estate led to my desire to become a Realtor. I understand the potential stress of a purchase, sale, or move and strive to make it as stress-free and pleasant as possible.

I have many years of experience with the local markets and have been rated one of the top sales agents in Pinellas County.  I have had the opportunity to be involved with some great real-estate projects in the area, including working on the ground-to-roof top renovations and sales of two beautiful Dunedin projects, The Victoria Condominiums and The Nine Fifty Broadway Condominiums -http://www.ninefiftybroadway.com. 

I also provide, together with my partner Linda, a full Property Management service. We have a  comprehensive rental portfolio that we manage, and are also able to place a tenant for the landlord who manages their own property.

If you prefer, I can email you property listings on a regular basis that specifically fit your needs.  If we can't find what you are specifically looking for on the market, I will contact the owners of homes that fit your criteria and see if they would like to sell.

I am an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. When you relocate to the area I will provide you with lists of my own recommended, tried and tested, resources including contractors, vendors, restaurants, places to visit and more!  I have some resources available on my website and have email alerts that I can send, but these will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process.
